Black Clay Table Pack
Story of the piece
Black Clay Table Pack
Four pieces to set a whole table in black clay: the gourd and the big jar for water and wine, the small jug for serving and the bowl for salad or bread. Made by hand by César Teixeira in Gondar, Amarante, and fired in a soenga. No two are alike: the patches and sheen are the marks of the smoke.
