How to use a discount code
Have a Ra-Ro code? Apply it at checkout in under a minute.
Step by step
- Choose your piecesAdd what you want to your cart.
- Go to checkoutFrom the cart, continue to payment.
- Enter the codeType it in the code field and click Apply.
- Check before payingThe discount shows in your order summary.
Got the code by email? The button in the email already applies the code to your cart. No need to type it.
Where to get a code
Invitation from a friend
Ra-Ro customers can give a friend a 5% code for their first order.
Rules
- Each code is valid once per customer.
- Only one discount code per order.
- Codes can be combined with shipping offers.
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Common questions
The code is not working. What should I do?
Make sure it is in capital letters with no spaces, and that you have not used it on a previous order. If it still does not work, contact us.
Can I combine two codes?
No. Each order takes one discount code, but you can combine it with shipping offers.
Does the code work on every piece?
Yes. The discount applies to the whole shop.
Can I use the same code again?
No. Each code is valid once per customer.
