Ra-Ro exists so that Portugal's last crafts do not disappear. We sell your pieces in seven languages, tell your story and take your work to the people looking for it, in Portugal and abroad.

Our criteria
Three criteria.No exceptions.
Not every piece makes it into Ra-Ro. Each one is chosen for what it is, who makes it and what it stands for.
Rigorous curation
We select pieces of high cultural value, for the quality of the work and the relevance of the stories they carry, many tied to practices and know-how now at risk.
Real stories
Every object has a traceable origin and is tied to people, places and practices that are still alive, preserving its authenticity as part of our collective memory.
Limited editions
Scarce pieces, made by hand in small quantities, following the pace and needs of each craft.

How it starts
- You get in touchWrite to us through the contact form. Tell us what you make and where.
- We visit the workshopWe look at your work and agree on pieces, quantities and timings.
- We tell the storyWe photograph the pieces and write your maker page.
- You start sellingYour pieces go into the shop, the regions, the packs and the monthly selections.
By the end of the year we want twice as many makers on Ra-Ro, and to take each one's work to more markets outside Portugal.
