It sings loud and clear, to remind us that *life is pulsing*. Even when still, every sound and colour of the northern cardinal is *an invitation to attention and to the memory of those we love*. Jacky Cavallari, trained at the École Boulle, composed it from *nineteen natural woods*, such as oak burr, light guava wood, tacula and tulipwood dyed red.

Wood reveals what time cannot erase.
It sings loud, clear. To remind us that life pulses on. And even when it stops, motionless, the northern cardinal makes us feel that every sound, every one of its colours, is an invitation to pay attention. To the memory of those we love.
Jacky Cavallari trained at the École Boulle and is today one of the few living masters of marquetry - the art that gives wood its colour, texture and life. With precision time does not rush.
For this smoked eucalyptus panel, the artisan chose nineteen natural woods, such as oak root, light guava wood, tacula and red-dyed tulipwood, and with them composed the northern cardinal.
